Very clean, comfortable property. The view of the mountains is beautiful, especially at sunset. The property is stocked very well with essentials for cooking, etc. The host was very responsive on check-in and any communication.

I can’t say enough about this property. The house is absolutely beautiful. Location is great. The communication with the host was some of the best I have experienced. I highly recommend this home.

Overall we gave the house in Fountain Hills five stars because of its cleanliness, attractiveness, and close proximity to the events we wanted to attend. The kitchen was well appointed and immaculate. We were there for our son’s ASU graduation and stayed four nights. We would definitely go back!

No enough towels, TV did not work and missed NCAA final game Management were not very cooperative Driveway is very badly designed and damaged our rental car , will not recommend this house , very disappointing

Very clean and roomie home. Hot tub was a perfect 104 degrees, though only a two seater.Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including plenty of dishes, utensils, aluminum foil, baggies, etc. Garage was nice - including the use of a remote during our visit. Great communication via the app. Always prompt.
